Person responsible – DPO

The person who takes care of your personal data in our company is the Data Protection Officer. In all matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact them by e-mail at: IOD@qbico.pl. They will answer your questions as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days.

Purpose and legal basis for data processing

Depending on your approval to send you commercial information/ordered service, we will process your personal data for the purpose of:
Promotion of the services we offer and to learn about your preferences. As a result, we will be able to adjust the services and content provided to you to your expectations – pursuant to Article 52(1)(b,f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”).

Personal data processing

Duration of data retention

We will process your personal data for as long as you want. You can easily report to us at any time that you no longer wish to receive such content – by sending the following message: “Unsubscribe me” to the e-mail addressIOD@qbico.pl. We will stop sending you messages and your data will be deleted.

Your data

You have the right to request to access your personal data, rectify and delete it, as well as limit its processing or raise objections to its processing for marketing and sales purposes at any time. You also have the right to transfer your data and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been carried before your withdrawal. As a person submitting a motion or request related to the processing of your personal data, you may be asked to answer several questions connected with your personal data, which will allow us to verify your identity.

Rights

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe and can justify that we process your personal data contrary to the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

Voluntary data provision

We do not oblige you to provide us with your personal data. You provide it voluntarily, but remember that it is necessary so that we can send you the service of your choice by electronic means and contact you by phone.

Profiling and automation

Your data will be processed by us in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling, but any firm policy decisions will not be automated. It will also not have any legal effects on you or significantly affect your situation in any other way. __utma This is saved during the first visit to the website, it allows to determine the number of unique visits to the website, it is updated each time you visit the site.
